Bern Baguio - LOCATION

Bern Baguio is located along Outlook Drive South corner of C. Apostol Street, Baguio City, Benguet Province.

The site is just a few meters from Antamok Road (or the Baguio-Bua-Itogon Road). The famous Mines View Park is less than 150 meters north of the condo project. Less than a kilometer northwest of Bern are the Baguio Golf Academy and the Mines View Park Observation Deck to the north.

The fine scent of pine trees surrounds the property and other high-end residential hubs. The highly urbanized city of Baguio has a domestic airport, the Loakan Airport, described by the CAAP as a principal domestic airport serving the Baguio City area. The airport is just a 23-minute drive from Bern Baguio. 

Bern Baguio is about a 15-minute drive east of Burnham Park, another popular tourist attraction in downtown Baguio. The city of Baguio has an elevation of 1,400 meters (or 4,600 feet) above sea level, nestled within the Cordillera Central mountain range in northern Luzon. The city is 243km north of Manila and reachable by private or public transport in three hours on average. Baguio has an average high daily mean temperature of 18C (64F) peaking at 20C (69F) during the summer months in the Philippines (March and April). But the average low daily mean temperature could reach as low as 6.3C (43.3F) except in summer months.
